Water type liquid comes out of my anus?

I am a 30 yrs old. I have a problem that a watery type liquid comes out of anus whenever the outside temperature is pretty hot or I do some extensive workout or walk quickly. My underwear gets wet and its highly irritable. Its much better during the winters and the liquid doesn't comes out like it does in summer. If anyone with such problem, Pls help
