A couple of quick questions about Budgerigars?

I would suggest only getting one budgie. It would be easier for you and them. And about the cage, I leave the door on my cage open 24/7 so they can go in and out as they please. And my baby Sugar absolutely loves his free time! And also when you get your bird don't rush to fast with the training. If he runs from you don't chase him around the room, be calm and speak in a soft voice and offer it some food from your hand. I hope this helps!
