SERIOUS iPod Touch 4th gen. issue?

Yea, if its that bad, you're gonna wann take it in to apple and remove the password. Then, if they remove the password. Then you can get your music. I you bought your music from iTunes you can always transfer purchases. If you used something else then you can pay and get something else like ipodrip. Or you can back up your iPod, jailbreak, ssh, transfer music and if you wanna unjailbreak. Restore then restore from back up. I hope this helps.
