Possibly can't go to the Disney Channel Casting Call-What should I do?

I'm trying to go to the Disney Chanel Casting Call in VA next week. I wrote a letter to my parents of why I should go. My dad smiled at me and was impressed by it. He's still thinking about it. But, my mom will be out of town next week and my Dad has work and he might can not cancel it because he scheduled it for 2 months. What if I can't go to the Disney Channel Casting Calls in VA? What should I do? I can't send audition tapes because I don't have a agent, plus I don't live in LA. Is there any other way to try out? What's their schedule next year and this year for Disney Channel Casting Calls?
