Help with new born Kittens!!?

We picked up a kitten on a farm where we knew interbreeding was going on, but we wanted to save her. When we went to spay Speckles, the cat she was already pregnant. The other night she had 4 healthy kittens. Its been about 13 hours or so since and she will not lay down to nurse. At all. I tried forcing her to lay down and let the kittens feed, and she did for about 5 minutes then got up to play, eat, sit in the other room. The kittens are really small and I dont know if thats normal. What do I do??! I hand feed two other kittens before and they are already 7 months old. So should I hand feed all four kittens, hand feed two? None? How do I get her to nurse? She isnt the smartest cat around...
