PLEASE HELP!!!!! It's sort of an emergency!!?

I'm planning to buy a laptop pretty soon and my budget is 30,000 INR (approx.600-650$). I don't have any extensive uses apart from,surfing,multimedia, power point presentations etc etc. Can anyone plz suggest the best options in this price range keeping in mind the above mentioned requirements? I would be more grateful if u could also mention the model numbers,if any. Thnx in advance people :)
